Kids Don't Float 2024
The Coast Guard invites all elementary-age students to a free water safety training.
Agenda:
Gym:  Cold water survival lesson (includes short film)
Chill out activity (hands in bucket of ice water then try to don a life jacket)
Minute to win it activity (timed life jacket donning activity)
Life jacket fashion show
 
Board Canoe from water
Heaving line throwing
Put on life jacket in the water

Students will need inside shoes, water bottle and swim attire.
All participants and their families are invited to a Hot Dog Cookout at the by Rotary Group in Parks & Recreation Activity room from 11-12.
