Happy Class
Deep Water Fitness delivers a zero joint impact workout with maximum resistance without touching the pool bottom. Exercises are performed with flotation equipment. The focus of each workout includes core strength, cardio intensity, and full range of motion.

All Ages- (male and female), abilities- from beginner to advanced are welcome.
